As a small, family-based cattery in Germany, we place great value on personal contact and responsible placement. Our kittens are primarily placed within Germany.
In exceptional cases, placement abroad may be possible; however, this requires personal pickup or carefully arranged transport, with all costs covered by the buyer.
Health and Responsibility
The health of our cats is a central part of our breeding philosophy.
Our breeding cats are examined by veterinarians before being used for breeding and are regularly screened for cardiac health (HCM). In addition, they are tested for relevant genetic diseases and, depending on the individual cat, may undergo further preventive examinations.
We select our breeding cats with great care and consistently exclude cats with known health issues from breeding.
Our mating plans are carefully considered and based on current genetic knowledge, with the aim of minimizing potential risks as far as possible.
Despite all precautions, examination results represent only a snapshot at the time they are performed. Therefore, no guarantee can be given for the future health development of a cat.

In the past, published documents were copied and used for unauthorized purposes.
Of course, all examinations are still carried out and conducted to the best of our knowledge and belief. Relevant information can be provided in personal contact upon serious interest.

About Our Maine Coon Cattery
Maine Coon Breeder NRW
We are Linda and Nadine from Recklinghausen.
Breeding cats has been our great passion since 2019 and was a long-standing dream close to our hearts.
With love and a strong sense of responsibility, we breed beautiful Maine Coons.
Our focus is on balanced temperaments, typical affectionate Maine Coon personalities, and well-socialized cats.
Visually, we aim for the moderate type, working with both traditional (old) lines and newer lines.
We are registered breeders with the KVL association under the WCF (World Cat Federation).
Our Maine Coon cattery is officially registered as a commercial breeding program, as we have multiple breeding cats and meet high standards in husbandry, health, and upbringing. Of course, we hold the required certificate of expertise, and our cattery is properly registered with the tax authorities.
At the same time, our breeding is not a typical business, but a true passion project: We both work full-time and dedicate our free time with great love, commitment, and responsibility to our cats.
Our cats live right in the middle of our everyday lives – not separated, not in kennels, but as full family members. This is exactly what shapes our kittens: they grow up with love, excellent socialization, and close human interaction.
The positive experiences of our kitten families are also reflected in the reviews on our Facebook and Google pages, which we are very proud of.

Our tigers live with us on 2 floors of our flat.
We have a baby corner in the bedroom, a cat playroom with a catwalk, swing and scratching posts, and hiding and scratching places for our furballs all over the flat. The tigers are free to roam throughout the flat.
Our Environment and Living Conditions
For us, aesthetics are not a superficial aspect, but part of our overall philosophy.
Our cats live in a calm, harmonious and thoughtfully designed environment that is carefully adapted to their needs.
This creates a space where our cats feel comfortable, can develop naturally and grow up in a stable and balanced setting.

Baby corner in the bedroom
For the first few weeks, when the mothers want to rest. Otherwise, arrangements can be changed on demand.
Playpen in the living room
This is where the babies stay until they are about 5 weeks old, or until they can jump over the barrier. In the middle of the living room, the babies get to know all the noises. Under supervision, they are allowed to sit on the sofa and move around outside the playpen.
Our playroom
Here our tigers have elevated resting places, scratching posts, cat cinema 😀, tunnels and much more.
We always try to keep the playroom varied....
